Freeze Squelch Ambition Offense in Shutout Win
|
Mark Walsh, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2057 draft, was terrific for the Minneapolis Freeze in his team's 4-0 triumph over the Indianapolis Ambition. His performance earned Walsh rave reviews. Walsh got the win, improving to 4-2. He gave up 4 hits and walked 1 over 6.1 innings. He allowed no runs. The first-place Freeze sport a record of 61-47.
Chris Tomich helped his team take an early lead with a 2-run single. It came in the first inning, making the score 2-0, Freeze.
Minneapolis manager Ben Jeffcoat commended his team for "banging out a nice win."
