Kenneth Jones exploded for a barrage of base hits at The Kaleidoscope.

The Pennsylvania first baseman had a field day in his team's 16-6 triumph over the Walnut Creek Warriors, finishing 5-for-6.

"My hitting philosophy is simple," he said. "I focus on just seeing the ball and I try to get a good pitch."

Jones must have focused at least 5 times and apparently got some good pitches, too, leading to one of his best days ever with the bat. Kenneth Jones singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 8th.

This season, Jones is batting at a .254 clip with 1 home run and 8 RBIs.
