The Peoria Caterpillars extended their winning streak.

Riding the 2-hit performance of the former first round draft pick Jasper Bisson, the Peoria Caterpillars stopped the Minneapolis Freeze, 8-2. Peoria is now 66-54, Minneapolis 56-63.

Early in the game, Bisson had a solo home run for Peoria. It was his 14th home run of the season and put the Caterpillars on top, 1-0.

"I give credit to my teammates for this win. We got it done," Bisson told the Peoria Herald.
