At The Hole, the Pasadena Bumblebees and Minneapolis Freeze were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

The Minneapolis Freeze got a good effort from starter Mark Walsh in defeating the Pasadena Bumblebees at The Hole. The final score was 8-2. The win elevated the Freeze to 58-44.

Minneapolis left fielder Sam Nyholm contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the first. With two down, he hit a slider to right field for a 2-run single. It was his 27th hit of the season and put the Freeze ahead, 5-0.

"We were able to put some runs on the board," said Walsh after the game.
