The Amarillo Armadillos beat the Madison Muskies, 6-5, at The Corral. Chris Lacenaire starred for Amarillo. He went 1 for 2 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Amarillo reliever David Frisk was the winner. His record is now 6-6. The losing pitcher was Brandon Hyde. The save was credited to Ryan Grange, his 2nd.

Lacenaire had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a 2-2 changeup from Brandon Hyde, he banged a 3-run home run to right-center, giving the Armadillos a 6-4 lead. It was the 17th home run of the year for Lacenaire.

"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said Madison manager Daniel Breuer. "The effort was great."

The setback makes Madison 46-68.
