Pavon Leads Pasadena Past Peoria
|
Esteban Pavon pitched a gem to lead Pasadena to victory over the Peoria Caterpillars, 3-1. The third-place Caterpillars dropped to 61-51.
Pavon, the winner, is now 9-8. In 8 innings of work, he gave up 1 run on 2 hits, while collecting 5 Ks. He essentially shut down the Peoria offense.
