Ridge Runners Tuck Away 8-6 Win Over Chicago
The Eagle Rock Ridge Runners defeated the Chicago Eclipse, 8-6, at Ozark Mountain Stadium. Eagle Rock designated hitter Carl Farley had a superb performance. He was 2-5 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. The loss lowers the Chicago record to 17-12.

In the bottom of the eighth, the Ridge Runners grabbed the lead when Farley hit his 7th home run of the season. The 2-run home run off Jaylen Louis made it 8-6, Eagle Rock.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said Eagle Rock manager Paco Berroa.
