Greenwood drives in 5 runs to Ignite Mustangs Offense
With Mark Greenwood leading the charge, the Billings Mustangs defeated the Calgary Kodiaks, 7-4. Greenwood went 2-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 5 runs and scored once for the Mustangs. The winner was Gene Martin in relief. His record improves to 2-1. John Richardson took the loss. The save went to Ken Pratt, number 3 for him.

Greenwood had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a 1-1 cutter from John Richardson, he banged a grand slam home run to right, giving the Mustangs a 7-4 lead. It was the 10th home run of the year for Greenwood.

"The key is not trying to do too much," said Greenwood.

The Mustangs improved to 39-65.
