The Billings Mustangs defeated the Albuquerque Cacti, 7-4, in TMLAAA action at Cobb Field, with Billings pitcher Yuji Murai named player of the game. The Mustangs raised their record to 38-63.

Mike Rizzo had a go-ahead double for Billings in the bottom of the sixth inning. With one out and the bases loaded, the 30-year old left fielder hit a bases-clearing double off Ricky Juarez. His 2nd double of the season made the score 5-2.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Rizzo told the Billings News.
