Freeze Topple Redbirds with Late Rally
Minneapolis Freeze starter Frank Gallagher was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Candiac Redbirds, 6-2. Minneapolis reliever Melvin Arambula was credited with the win, to go to 4-1. Colt Idler took the loss for Candiac. Minneapolis has 4 straight wins, Candiac 5 straight losses.

Julio Lemus had a nice at-bat for the Freeze with no one out in the top of the ninth. With a runner on 2nd, the designated hitter hit a single, which would prove important in the Minneapolis win.

"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Gallagher said after the game.
