Black Bears Come Back Late to Top Privateers, 6-2
		 |

The Thunder Bay Black Bears picked up a win at Edgbaston, defeating the Memphis Privateers, 6-2. Starting pitcher Jamie Hansen was an essential part of his team's success. The current losing streak for Memphis has reached 4 games.
Thunder Bay took a 4-2 lead on Jorge Batista's 11th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which Batista hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Memphis pitcher Mike Mardis visibly frustrated.
"Solid game, solid win tonight," said a smiling Batista.
