Bobby Loscalzo, who finished 4th in the TML in wins with 15 in 2063, had a strong outing for the Eureka Hornets against the Havana Stogies at The Nest. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 4-2 win. Loscalzo got the win, improving to 2-2. He gave up 6 hits and walked 0 over 7.2 innings. He allowed 2 runs. Matt Acrey finished the game for Eureka and earned his 5th save.

The Hornets benefited from a costly error in the bottom of the sixth. With Adam Pappalardo at bat and Eureka leading 3-2, the Havana miscue allowed Eureka to plate 1 and take the lead, 4-2.

"We did the things it takes to win a ballgame," said Eureka manager Juan Montés.

The loss has the Stogies at 11-14.
