With 5-3 Win, Captains Improve to 43-34
Enthusiastic fans came out to support the home team at The Carrier Dome.

Sean Hanson made an impact in the 5-3 Tallahassee win over Reno. Hanson went 2-3 with a home run and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. Janghyun Lee went 5.2 innings for Tallahassee to pick up the win. The right-hander was charged with 3 runs. He scattered 5 hits, while walking 4 and striking out 1. His record improves to 2-0. Luis Moreno earned the save, his 1st.

With Tallahassee leading 2-1 in the bottom of the third, Hanson hit a cutter from John Tait for a 2-run home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Captains ahead, 4-1.

Tallahassee manager Luis Sánchez was pleased with the team's effort. "It was just a good, gutsy performance by everybody," he said.

The win boosts the Captains to 43-34. The loss puts the Raiders at 39-37.
