Late Rally by Butterflies Secures 12-9 Win
The Pennsylvania Butterflies besoiled an otherwise fine performance by Bighorn designated hitter Danny Douglass by beating the Bison, 12-9, at Ram Brewery Ballpark. Douglass was 2-4 with a home run, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. Jay Clayton notched the win in relief. The left-hander allowed 3 runs on 6 hits in 1.2 innings. His record now sits at 1-1. Dakson Rocket earned the save for Pennsylvania, his 5th.

Pennsylvania used the hitting of Mike Cole to pick up the win. The left fielder clubbed a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Butterflies on top, 7-6. For the game, Cole had 1 home run and 1 single in 2 at-bats.

"Wild game," said Cole after it ended.

The Butterflies raised their record to 10-14.
