Walters Lifts Outlaws to 7-3 Win
The Baton Rouge Outlaws beat the Peoria Caterpillars, 7-3, at Excavatar Park. Baton Rouge designated hitter Will Walters had an outstanding performance. He went 3 for 4 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Matt Meyer was the winning pitcher. Over 5 innings, he allowed 3 runs on 6 hits, with 1 walk and 3 strikeouts.
