The Minneapolis Freeze picked up a win at Top of the Hill, downing the Bowling Green Racers, 4-3. On the mound for Minneapolis was right-hander Sergio Hernandez, who played a pivotal role in the win. Mike O'Neil earned the save for Minneapolis, his 7th. At 32-36, the Freeze find themselves in 5th place in the TML AAA Joe Torre Division.

Seth Hockey had a direct impact on the outcome. Hockey contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the sixth inning to put Minneapolis up, 4-2.
