Starting pitcher Omar Hernandez had a solid game. He was a big reason the Antioch Coal Miners throttled the Memphis Privateers, 2-1. The Coal Miners saw their win-loss record go to 34-26. At the same time, the Privateers fell to 25-35.

Salvatore Vasquez was the walk-off hero for Antioch. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Coal Miners left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"I went out and just tried to do my job," said Hernandez.
