The Indianapolis Ambition coasted to a win over the Reno Raiders, 11-2. Jason Shannon had a good day at the plate for Indianapolis. He was 2 for 2 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4. The second-place Ambition lifted their record to 26-25.

Indianapolis used a clutch at-bat from Austin Garvin to capture the win. The first baseman hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Ambition ahead, 3-2. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"You can't sugarcoat this one," said Reno manager Maziba Ewansiha. "They pounded us."
