Billings second baseman Min-u Kym was sensational. He was 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Astoria beat the Mustangs, 10-7. Kym was named the player of the game despite the loss. The winner was Astoria reliever David Rios, now 1-1. The loser was Pat Lucas. Today's win puts Astoria at 24-32, while Billings falls to 26-31.

Austin Dodds was 2-4 with 2 singles and was hit by a pitch for Astoria. The 28-year old left fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 7-7 tie with a run-scoring hit-by-pitch off Roger Montgomery. It was his 22nd RBI of the season.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Dodds. "And not try to do too much."
