The Hole was the site of a competitive game between the Amarillo Armadillos and Pasadena Bumblebees.

No one was more impactful than Vance Harber in the 4-2 Pasadena win over Amarillo. Harber, who is tied for 10th in the TAAA in hits with 49, was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk. Jim Rankin, who is tied for 4th in the TAAA in wins with 5, was the winning pitcher. Over 5.1 innings, he allowed 2 runs on 6 hits, with 4 walks and 5 strikeouts.

Jose Rivera had a big 2-run home run for the Bumblebees in the bottom of the fifth inning. With Pasadena leading 2-0 and a runner on 2nd, he got a fastball from Dan Jacobs and swatted a home run to left. It was his 5th home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Bumblebees ahead, 4-0.

Rivera attributed the win to his team's "tenacity."

The victory gives the Bumblebees a record of 24-22.
