The Calgary Hitmen beat the Memphis Privateers, 8-7, in part because of designated hitter Neal Bell. He belted 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Calgary has run its win streak to 5 straight.

The Hitmen got a clutch hit from pinch hitter Devon Bagley. In the bottom of the 13th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Hitmen.

"It wasn't a pretty victory," said Bagley, "but we got it done."
