Getting offensive support from Mike Chevallier, the Fairfield Flash topped the Minneapolis Freeze, 16-6. Chevallier was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 5 for the Flash. Rafael Alfaro sewed up the save, his 2nd. The first-place Flash are now 36-10, the Freeze 24-21.

Adrien Corradini had a big grand slam home run for the Flash in the bottom of the seventh inning. With Fairfield leading 9-6 and the bases loaded, he sized up a sinker from former first round draft pick Josh Youmans and punished it. The result was his 8th home run of the season, which put the Flash on top, 13-6.
