Freeze Even Record with 5-1 Victory

The Minneapolis Freeze topped the Indianapolis Ambition, 5-1, in TML AAA action at The Ice Box. The standout performance belonged to Minneapolis pitcher and Phoenix, Arizona, native Nate Murray. Murray got the win, improving to 2-2. He gave up 1 hit and walked 1 over 5.1 innings. He allowed no runs. Minneapolis currently is in 4th place in the TML AAA Joe Torre Division at 25-25.
John Day hit a run-scoring double off Justin Montana in the bottom of the seventh, which put the Freeze in front, 2-1. In addition to the double, Day had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 2.
