Ambition Collect 9-6 Win Over Firebirds
The performance of Jimmy Cox proved critical in helping Indianapolis beat Albany, 9-6. The Ambition shortstop slugged 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. With the victory, the Ambition record stands at 21-22.

Katsuharu Fujii came through with a big-time hit for Indianapolis. The left fielder smacked a 3-run home run in the top of the 11th inning to give his team the lead, 9-6. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"Our team showed some gumption," said Cox. "I like it."
