Peoria Makes Calgary 4-1 Losers

The Peoria Caterpillars picked up a win at Excavatar Park, knocking off the Calgary Kodiaks, 4-1. Starting pitcher Justin Price was a big reason why. Martin Mercier saved it for Peoria. With the win, the Caterpillars sit at 30-11.
The Caterpillars got a big at-bat from center fielder Jaden White. For the game, White went 1-4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs. In the bottom of the third, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 10th double of the season gave Peoria a 2-0 lead.
"I just trusted my stuff," said Price.
