The rain did not keep Indianapolis and Fairfield from finishing their game.

Indianapolis Ambition starter Henry Henshaw turned in an exceptional performance against the Fairfield Flash at Ken Griffey Jr. Plaza, resulting in a Indianapolis win, 4-1. Indianapolis is now 19-21, while Fairfield is 20-20.

Jason Shannon had a big 2-run double for the Ambition in the bottom of the third inning. With Indianapolis leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a changeup from Sam Del Grosso, who is tied for 3rd in the RAAA with a 3.00 ERA, and swatted a double to right. It was his 18th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Ambition ahead, 3-0.

Indianapolis manager Zi-jun Gou called it "a pretty good win."
