Indianapolis second baseman Ross Lane had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Lane went 1 for 2 with a home run and 3 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 2, even as Fairfield beat the Ambition, 9-5. Josh Sills, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2057 draft, earned the win in relief. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 4 hits in 3.1 innings. He upped his record to 2-0. The victory gives the Flash a record of 20-18.

Fairfield used the clutch hitting of Jeremy King to capture the win. The catcher drilled a bases-clearing double in the top of the seventh inning to give the Flash the lead, 8-5. For the game, King had 2 singles and 1 double in 5 at-bats.
