Danner, Racers Notch Nifty 2-1 Win Over Fairfield
Top of the Hill was the site of a tense game between the Fairfield Flash and Bowling Green Racers.

Pitcher Dan Danner was sensational for the Bowling Green Racers in his team's 2-1 triumph over the Fairfield Flash. Danner earned the win. Jason Rhodes closed the game out for Bowling Green, earning his 6th save.

The Flash had trouble solving Danner, who surrendered no runs on 2 hits over 7.2 innings.

"We put some tough at-bats on some tough pitches," said Bowling Green manager Ron Jeremy.

With the victory, the Racers upped their record to 19-17.
