Antioch Coal Miners starter Blaine Fought kept the Indianapolis Ambition hitters in check, leading his team to a comfortable 8-2 win. With the win, Antioch pushed its record to 20-18.

Kevin Tippett was 1 for 5 for Antioch. The 24-year old third baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the fourth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 1-1 tie with a run-scoring ground out off Juan Soria. It was his 1st RBI of the season.

"The effort wasn't good enough," said losing manager Zi-jun Gou.
