Jasper Selvage pitched a gem to lead Antioch to a 8-1 victory over the San Jose Marshals. Selvage went 8.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 3, and struck out 4. His record improves to 4-3. Antioch is now 18-20, San Jose 23-12.

In the bottom of the third, with Antioch leading 2-1, Jim Commo hit a curveball from Tino Gonzalez for a run-scoring single, giving the Coal Miners the lead, 3-1.
