The Albuquerque Cacti knocked off the Calgary Hitmen, 4-3, at Albuquerque Sports Stadium. Travis Wharton hit 2 singles and 1 double, while driving in 2 runs. Tony Miguel picked up the win in relief for Albuquerque, while Ryan Wride took the loss. Albuquerque is now 16-18, while Calgary is 20-11.

Albuquerque took a 4-3 lead on Jason Chaney's 10th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Chaney hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Calgary pitcher Ryan Wride visibly frustrated.
