Luchadores Pick Up 4-1 Win Against Quebec
Mexico City starter Josh Messenger put a stranglehold on the Quebec offense. The right-hander had complete command of his fastball in leading the Luchadores to a 4-1 win. Messenger picked up the win for Mexico City, going 6.2 innings. He gave up 1 run on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 1-2. Quebec, with the loss, is still a robust 16-4.

The Luchadores got a big at-bat from second baseman Jonathan Sibiga. For the game, Sibiga was 1 for 4 with a double, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the first, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 4th double of the season gave Mexico City a 2-0 lead.
