The Peoria Caterpillars stormed past the Indianapolis Ambition, 12-6, at Ken Griffey Jr. Plaza. Peoria left fielderJasper Bisson , who is tied for 2nd in the TAAA in triples with 3, led the hit parade. He was 1 for 3 with a home run, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 3 and driving in 2. With the win, Peoria goes to 21-9.

Juan Lopez had a big 2-run double for the Caterpillars in the top of the fourth inning. With Peoria trailing 5-4 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from 24-year old right-handed pitcher Caleb Broussard and swatted a double to left. It was his 11th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Caterpillars ahead, 6-5.

"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Bisson said.
