Bumblebees first baseman Nick Trahan put his stamp on his team's 5-2 win over the Indianapolis Ambition. Trahan went 2-3 with a home run, a triple, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 for Pasadena in the contest. Ryan Sartore collected his 7th save. Indianapolis drops to 12-15.

The Bumblebees got a big at-bat from shortstop Matt Markham. For the game, Markham went 2 for 4 with 2 doubles. He drove in 3 runs. In the bottom of the second, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 4th double of the season gave Pasadena a 2-0 lead.

"We had some nice at-bats at the right time," said Bumblebees manager David Williams.
