Huntington Station had no answer for Bighorn Bison starter Wes Stith, who flummoxed Ramrods hitters as the Bison cruised to victory, 6-0. The win gives Bighorn a record of 9-7.

Jeff Tackett had a big 2-run home run for the Bison in the top of the fourth inning. With Bighorn leading 1-0 and a runner on 1st, he sized up a changeup from former first round draft pick Ricky Rocker and punished it. The result was his 2nd home run of the season, which put the Bison on top, 3-0.

"I think we did a good job of looking for pitches we wanted to hit and put good swings on them," said Bighorn skipper Carlos Esparza.
