Jimenez Now 2-1 After Beating Stogies
The Humidor was the site of a remarkable pitchers' duel.

In a low-scoring game between Dallas and Havana, pitcher Jean-Baptiste Jimenez was excellent. The Dallas right-hander helped his team knock off the Stogies, 1-0. Chris Nugent finished the game for Dallas and earned his 3rd save.

Jimenez earned the win to move to 2-1. In his 8-inning performance, he scattered 2 hits, striking out 5 and walking 2. The right-hander allowed the Stogies few scoring opportunities.

"Jean-Baptiste really held it together well," said Dallas manager Lester Burrow.

The win gives Dallas a record of 5-13.
