Seattle Sasquatch starter Melvin Sepulveda was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the El Paso Mavericks, 4-2. Nate Wesson closed the door for Seattle, picking up his 2nd save of the year. For the Mavericks, the loss makes them 6-10.

Freddy Salgado helped out the Seattle cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring double. For the game, the right fielder was 1-4 with a double.

"Melvin is a tough competitor," said Seattle manager Alim bin Umar.
