Indianapolis Sunk by Tallahassee, 3-2
|
Fans saw a dandy of a game between the Tallahassee Captains and Indianapolis Ambition.
Tallahassee Captains starter Randy Sellman turned in a sterling performance against the Indianapolis Ambition, leading his team to a slim, 3-2 win. Indianapolis drops to 1-1.
Tallahassee used a well-timed hit by Sean Hanson to capture the win. The first baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put the Captains ahead, 2-1. Though it was his only hit in 3 at-bats, it was important.
"If you ever get this game figured out," said Indianapolis manager Zi-jun Gou, "let me know."
