Sasquatch 3-2 Victors Over Bighorn
|
In a tight tilt between the Seattle Sasquatch and the Bighorn Bison, Joe Caudell was the deciding factor. The Seattle right-hander spearheaded the 3-2 win. Paul Massaro picked up his 25th save of the season. After today's action, Seattle sits at 79-83; Bighorn slips to 82-80.
The Sasquatch got a big at-bat from third baseman Noah Kate. For the game, Kate was 1 for 2 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the second, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 19th home run of the season gave Seattle a 2-1 lead.
"Joe just settled in and did what he does," said Seattle manager Alim bin Umar.
