The Mexico City Luchadores and Quebec Armada obliged fans looking for a good time.

The Mexico City Luchadores turned back the Quebec Armada, 7-6, at The Royal Grounds. Dan Stowers, in particular, had a fine performance. He went 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Ray Heck earned the save for Mexico City, his 33rd.

With Mexico City trailing 2-1 in the bottom of the fourth, Stowers hit a fastball from David McPhail for a 3-run home run. It was his 29th home run of the season and put the Luchadores ahead, 4-2.

"Dan showed up tonight," said Mexico City manager Prince Percival Papenfuss.

Mexico City occupies 5th place in the Roberto Clemente League International Division at 76-86.
