The Buffalo Bison got a superb performance from right fielder Jonathan Schimmel, but the Pennsylvania Butterflies still won the game, 10-5. Schimmel went 2-3 with 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. With this game in the books, Pennsylvania is 68-92, Buffalo 78-82.

Nick Carnes hit a grand slam home run off Shawn O'Neill in the bottom of the eighth, which put the Butterflies ahead, 7-5. In addition to the homer, Carnes had 1 double, while going 2 for 5.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Pennsylvania manager Aaron Barnes.
