Eagle Rock and Eureka duked it out and the Ridge Runners came out victorious.

Kyle Brye powered the Eagle Rock Ridge Runners to a win over the Eureka Hornets. The final score was 8-5. The Eagle Rock second baseman was a force to be reckoned with. He banged out 4 extra-base hits, including 1 home run and 3 doubles. Justin Schroeder picked up his 3rd save of the season.

Eagle Rock center fielder Scott Truesdale contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the fourth. With two down, he hit a changeup to center field for a 2-run single. It was his 154th hit of the season and put the Ridge Runners ahead, 3-0.

"Whenever you can come through for your ball club, it's a great thing," said Brye.
