Riley Andrus impressed in the 9-8 Bighorn win over Maple. Andrus, who finished 4th in the TML in doubles with 49 last year, was 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 2. The win puts the Bison at 71-81, while the Marauders drop to 72-81.

Brett Cline went 1-3 with a walk. He drove in 2 runs for Bighorn. The 27-year old left fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 8-8 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Brandon Anderson. It was his 20th RBI of the season.

"We're producers not directors," said Andrus. "Produce a good swing. Can't direct where it goes."
