Losing Streak Continues for Earthquakes with 5-3 Loss to Tornadoes
The Kansas City Tornadoes picked up a win at Debris Field, topping the San Francisco Earthquakes, 5-3. On the mound for Kansas City was right-hander Monty Brewster. He played a principal role in the triumph. Brewster yielded 2 runs over 7.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 7 hits, walked 0, and struck out 6. His record improves to 5-13. The losses continue to mount for San Francisco, which has now dropped 8 in a row.
