The Traverse City Beach Bums picked up a win at Golden Goebels Park, courtesy of Nick Clark. The left-hander helped his team stop the Houghton Gremlins, 3-1. Clark yielded 1 run over 7 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 1, and struck out 2. His record improves to 9-11. The loss makes Houghton 77-49.

Grant Snell, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2056 draft, had a direct impact on the outcome. Snell contributed a 2-run single in the top of the second inning to put Traverse City up, 2-0.

"It's nice to get the results when you're feeling good and throwing the ball well," said Clark after the game.
