The Buffalo Bison downed the Seattle Sasquatch, 10-3. The hitting star was center fielder Danny Pellot. Pellot was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Bison. Tommy Cedrone, who is tied for 10th in the TML in wins with 11, was the winner. He's now 11-7. The loser was Juan Macias. Buffalo, at 74-50, is 8 games up in the Thurman Munson League Tim Ervin Division.
Early in the game, Pellot had a 2-run home run for Buffalo. It was his 12th home run of the season and put the Bison on top, 2-0.
"This isn't football or hockey where you can overwhelm your opponents," Pellot told the Buffalo Daily. "Everyone gets 27 outs and we happened to make the most of them."
