In a game featuring no shortage of runs, the Dallas Texans defeated the Cabo San Lucas Toreros, 14-13. One of the hitting stars was Dallas designated hitter Esteban Bermudez. Bermudez, who finished 3rd in the RCL in home runs with 46 in 2062, hit 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 4. Dallas, at 65-79, holds down 5th place in the Roberto Clemente League Central Division.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the ninth for Dallas. That's when Chris Hogg hit a solo home run off 24-year old left-handed pitcher Victor Gonzalez to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"It's great when the crowd goes berserk," Hogg said.
