Brad Davidson was a major contributor to the 9-2 Chicago win over Mexico City. The Eclipse catcher hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 and driving in 4. The win belonged to Jaylen Louis in relief. His record improves to 1-1. Alex Duran took the loss for Mexico City. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Eclipse.

With Chicago leading 5-1 in the bottom of the sixth, Davidson came up to bat against Mexico City pitcher Corey MacIndoe. Davidson hit a slider to center for a 3-run home run. His 13th home run of the season put the Eclipse on top, 8-1.

"We need better swings, better at-bats," said losing manager Tewolde Ojo.
