Asheville left-hander Victor Lara pitched his team to victory over the El Paso Mavericks at The Still. The final score was 5-2. Lara, now 5-3, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 4 hits, while striking out 7, walking 0, and allowing 1 run. Steven Shiplack earned save number 34 this season.
