Tornadoes Get Thrilling 9-8 Win
In a tight contest at Debris Field, the Kansas City Tornadoes edged the Eureka Hornets by the score of 9-8 in 10 innings. Kansas City right fielder Ramon Tapia, who blasted 1 home run, was a key contributor. Kansas City pitcher J.P. Larson got the win, upping his record to 2-5. Ezedine Adegoke got the loss. The Tornadoes go to 57-87 with the win.

The Tornadoes got a clutch hit from shortstop Vinnie Fasnacht. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Tornadoes.

In postgame remarks, Fasnacht simply said: "Here's to a great win!"
